When will the Site be Operational?
Unless stated otherwise at the time of placing your order, depending upon your requirements, we would aim to achieve a site ready for your acceptance within 7-14 days of receiving all customer supplied content by the agreed date. This could be earlier for sites with 5 pages or less.

Any delays incurred by the customer in providing the agreed material to us would inevitably impact on site 'go-live' dates.

What is the Process from Order to Acceptance?
1. Customer places order with us.
2. We confirm the order with the customer and give a projected completion date by email.
3. We procure and register the free domain name on behalf of the customer, subject to availability and configures the DNS to point to our fast UK based servers.

4. We construct the web site using images, written content and files (ie: PDF/Word Docs) supplied by the customer on or before the agreed date following order placement.
5. We configure the user web control panel and upload the newly constructed web site files to our server and test.
6. The customer is contacted, requests any changes, then confirms by email that the site has met or exceeded agreed expectations, at which point the order is deemed to have been completed.
7. We invoice the customer by email for the site set-up and first quarter or annual fees in accordance with our order confirmation email. Payment is requested within 14 calendar days.

Which parts of the site can I update myself?

To be precise, none.

Our managed service is designed to enable you to focus on your business or other interests by taking your raw updates in the form of word documents, email text, file attachments and embedding them quickly and visually in the appropriate pages(s) to maintain site continuity and accuracy on your behalf.
